Mr. Seo is admitted to practice law in the United States, as he is licensed to practice in the District of the Columbia. His practice focuses on international litigation cases for patent infringement cases and trademark disputes. Mr. Seo is the “go-to” person at Hanol Intellectual Property & Law for overseas litigation matters. He is very active in that particular aspect of the office. He also handles patent prosecution.
