So Young JO holds a Bachelor’s in genetic engineering and her Master’s in molecular biology from Korea University, and she is currently a senior partner at Hanol Intellectual Property & Law. Ms. Jo provides comprehensive patent services, including prosecution, litigation, and client counseling, as well as developing patent strategies and portfolios.
With her expertise in technology, she advises clients on a wide range of IP matters in the life sciences and healthcare, including genetics, immunology, formulations, drugs, antibodies, stem cells, diagnostics, biochips, bioinformatics, food, fermentation, microorganisms, plants, and plant varieties, as well as software and artificial intelligence, biosimilars, and regulatory issues in the life sciences.
