Byeong Seok CHOI received his J.D. from Inha University Law School after obtaining his LL.B. from Seoul National University College of Law. As a litigator, he has handled numerous civil and criminal litigations as well as administrative actions.

At Hanol, Mr. Choi advises on complex litigation and dispute cases for patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, domain names, plant varieties, trade secrets, and unfair competition, as well as related contract issues.

Mr. Choi also serves as Vice President of the Lawyer Training Institute and Vice President of the Intellectual Property Training Institute at the Korean Bar Association.
Participating in physical activities and sports games have always been Mr. Choi's No.1 hobby.
