Mr. Kim earned a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Handong University, followed by a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Handong University. He holds a license to practice law in the District of Columbia, USA.
Mr. Kim provides counsel to clients based on his experience in international litigation related to patent infringement and trademark disputes, as well as U.S. patent filing and Office Action responses. His primary areas of practice include international law, corporate law, patent law, and intellectual property litigation.

In his leisure time, he enjoys sports such as fitness, tennis, and basketball, and he travels to various countries.
