Dr. Kim majored in production mechanical engineering at Tokyo Institute of Technology and earned a master’s and a doctoral degree. Dr. Kim served as an expert committee member in the fields of hydrogen fuel cells and new and renewable energy, and gained experience in research institutes and domestic government agencies.
