Yehra CHO received her Juris Doctor in Inha University Law School, after obtaining her B.S. in biology from University of California, San Diego.

As an IP litigator, she has handled numerous design and trademark prosecutions as well as litigations and administrative actions. At Hanol, Ms CHO advises on complex litigation and dispute cases on the patent, trademark, design, copyright, domain name, plant varieties, trade secret and unfair competition.
Ms CHO also serves as a director of the Intellectual Property Training Institute at the Korean Bar Association.
