Mr. Youngdae Kim is a partner at ClassHankyul. Mr. Kim is the Criminal Team Leader Attorney of the ClassHankyul that oversees criminal cases and specializes in IT, advanced technology, industrial secret leaks, intellectual property infringement, mass fraud, industrial accidents, election cases, etc.
As a prosecutor, Mr. Kim gained extensive experience in the fields of scientific investigations, IT, and advanced crime investigations through five positions in the scientific investigations division, holding positions such as the head of the Scientific Investigations Division of the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office, head of the 2nd Advanced Crime Investigation Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office, etc. Currently, Mr. Kim is the head of the Korean Institute of Forensic Sciences, which conducts research on digital forensics.
