Mr. Sangjin Lee is an advisor(Head of the Energy/IT/International Transaction Group) at ClassHankyul. Mr. Lee is fluent in English and Chinese, and
① Renewable energy such as solar, wind, biomass, and fuel cell power generation, and LNG combined cycle power generation (established energy policy as a senior civil servant at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy; managed LNG power generation, biomass, and fuel cell power generation with a capacity of 2.1 GW as a CEO of a private power generation company for more than 3 years);
② IT such as artificial intelligence, software, mobile communications, and data centers (established software and mobile communications policy as a director at the Ministry of Science and ICT; developed and provided artificial intelligence and software business as the president of the Korea Standards Association, and wrote books on artificial intelligence and blockchain);
③ Domestic investment, M&A, labor-management issues, and management consulting for foreign companies, and oil, gas, and mineral resource transactions (oversaw Korea-US FTA/Korea-China-Japan FTA, WTO trade disputes, and foreign investment policy as a senior civil servant at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy; managed a Chinese domestic private power generation company for more than 3 years). In particular, we can provide intensive support for i) energy and IT-related policy and regulatory response of the government and public institutions, ii) management and contractual relationship advice of energy and IT companies, and iii) management (including labor-management issues) of global companies in Korea and international transactions, investment and M&A of natural resources, etc. based on actual work experience.
